This is going to be a family member for the next 15 to 17 years this is not a decision to be entered into lightly.

We sometimes have Shiba Inu puppies available for homes.

Currently our Shiba inu are headed to Eukanuba to compete and then show in our NSCA specialty . 2013 and then off to Westminister dog show of 2014.

Lockheed Collies and Stellar Shibas has been showing collies for 20 years. We are newer to the shiba ring but are having fun starting from scratch!! When we met our first Shiba, we feel in love with not only its glowing beauty but its one of a kind personality.



We choose our dogs for character and beauty because all dogs deserve a place on a couch! We know socailization is number one with a shiba so our goal is to give you a pup well on their way to being an enjoyable addition to your family. Pups go with first shots and worming on a spay/neuter contract and AKC registration.

Our kennel is home to several different breeds of dogs, we raise just a few of several breeds because we are fairly remote and that is what seems to work best for us. We started our kennel in 2002 and got our first state license in 2003. Since, we have became licensed with the USDA so we can ship our puppies and sell out of state. Our dogs and puppies receive the very best health care possible from our vet, Dr. Shannon Jensen, Dr. Jensen knows all our dogs well and sees them at least one a year for a yearly check up and routine shots. One of our greatest joys is meeting & conversing with the people that are wanting to add one of our puppies to their family and encourage them to ask lots of questions so they know all they need to know to make the puppies transition to their family as smooth as possible. We raise our puppies around cats and kids, lots of other dogs, a few goats and a variety of different people. The puppies are exposed to radio, washing machines, dryers and lots of different homey type noises going on in the whelping kennel so the pups are used to these sounds. The puppies are raised in large pens with plenty of room to play in on the inside and doggie doors that go outside to big pens for them to play in. Our backyard used to be our pride and joy but it has quite literally gone to the dogs! It is a playground on most any given day at any given time to several dogs and puppies! The adult dogs are housed either in big kennels with large indoor pens with doggie doors leading to big outside runs, or huge outside pens with warm dog houses. All of our pens have access to big play yards so they can run all they want!

We are an active family with children. Several years ago I got bit by the dog show bug so we are involved with AKC and UKC dog show events. The goal with our breeding program is to produce outstanding temperament, quality structure and correct type for the breed. We strive to produce a family pet or great show dog you can be proud of. My dogs are raised in the house as part of our family and socialized with children and other dogs. Our family also does rescue regularly please check with me as to what we have available. I am a Member of the Forsyth Kennel Club and adhere to the code of ethics set by NSCA.

I have brought happiness and joy with my desirable selection of puppies to people throughout America for over 15 years. All my puppies are registered and can come with blood line papers (5 generations of ancestry) to support that they are purebred. The puppies have medical records documenting all administered medicines. The puppies are always evaluated by a Veterinarian and have a health certificate supporting a clean bill of health.
